For those who are eligible there is the possibility to purchase incontinence aids and underpads with VAT at a reduced rate of 4% by providing the following documentation to the staff (either before or at the time of purchase):<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • Copy of the specific prescription issued by the specialist doctor of the Asl of belonging<\/strong>, from which it results the functional connection between the impairment and the technical aid;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Copy of the certificate, issued by the competent ASL, attesting to the existence of a functional disability falling within the four forms allowed<\/strong> (motor, visual, hearing or language) and the permanent nature of the same<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Copy of the tax code or health card.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In addition, incontinence aids and underpads are among the EC medical devices<\/strong> that can be deducted to the extent of 19% <\/strong>(pursuant to art.15, paragraph 1, letter c) of the TUIR), providing the tax code to the staff at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
